Loyalty Lawn Service and Home Care is run by Cordarice Nicholson, serving Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding area since 2019. Cordarice still quotes and works the jobs himself.
The name says it plainly: loyalty to the customers who keep booking us back, and a royal touch on every yard — the little extra effort that makes a property look cared for, not just cut.
Alongside lawn care, we handle general home care and property upkeep, so there's one number to call for the outside of your house, not three.

What Happens When We Turn Up
- Mow the front, back and side strips at the right height for the season
- Edge the driveway, sidewalk and bed lines so it reads as finished from the street
- Trim around fences, posts and trees by hand
- Blow the clippings off the concrete — driveway, walk and patio
- Gates shut behind us, every time

Where We Work
We're based in Chattanooga and cover the surrounding area, including Hixson, Lookout Valley, East Brainerd and Concord/Audubon. If you're nearby, call and ask — if we're already on your street it's an easy yes.
Being a small, owner-operated crew keeps our overheads down, which is part of why our pricing stays reasonable. There's no shopfront to visit, but there's a phone that gets answered.
